Common questions
How many credits does a scan cost?
One credit covers about 100 posts or reviews. A quick scan reads 500 and costs 5 credits; standard is 1500 for 15; deep is 4,000 for 40. You see the price before you start.
What counts as a scan?
One keyword set, one or more markets, one depth. If someone ran the identical scan in the last 7 days you get that report instantly for half the credits.
Is there a free plan?
Every new account gets 10 credits, enough for two quick scans. There is no recurring free allowance; you buy credits when you want more.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. You only pay when you buy a pack.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
Which sources does a scan cover?
Reddit, App Store, Google Play, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, chosen per scan. What each source contributes.
Can I get a refund?
A scan that fails is refunded to your balance automatically. If you buy as a consumer in the EU you can withdraw within 14 days and get unused credits refunded. Refunds for EU consumers.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). If you buy credits as a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason and we refund the credits you have not used. Credits spent on scans you started during those 14 days are not refunded, because you asked us to start the service right away. Write to the address on the contact page.
