Effective 27 October 2026

Terms of service

What you get, what it costs, what you may not do with it, and what happens when something goes wrong. Short on purpose; nothing is hidden in the long version because there is no long version.

1. Who

These terms are between you and Salah Eddine Eddamouh (“we”), the operator of grumbl.si (details on the contact page). By creating an account you accept them.

2. The service

Grumbl collects publicly posted complaints from the sources listed on the features page, groups them by problem and ranks the groups. Sources depend on the platforms’ rules and APIs, which can change or close. If a source becomes unavailable we say so on the scan page before you start, and a scan that cannot run is not charged.

3. Credits, payment and refunds

4. What you may do with reports

You may use reports to decide what to build, share them with your team, and quote them publicly with attribution. You may not:

We can close an account that breaks these rules; unused purchased credits are then refunded.

5. Content and ownership

The posts, reviews and comments shown in reports belong to the people who wrote them and to the platforms they were published on. Grumbl quotes them with a link to the original. The structure of the report, the scores and the summaries are ours; your scan settings and notes are yours.

6. AI output

Summaries, labels and briefs are drafted by AI models and are marked as such. They can be wrong, incomplete or miss context. The quotes, counts, dates and links are the data; check them before you act. Scores are a ranking aid, not a prediction of success.

7. Platforms

Grumbl is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Reddit, Apple, Google, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram. Grumbl uses YouTube API Services; by using Grumbl you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Grumbl available but do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited under consumer law.

9. Ending the agreement

You can have your account deleted at any time by emailing us. We can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a breach of section 4. Unused purchased credits are refunded in both cases unless you were in breach.

10. Changes

These terms took effect on 27 October 2026. We email account holders at least 14 days before a change that affects them, and the date above is updated.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is registered, as stated on the contact page. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country still apply and you can bring a claim in your own courts. The privacy policy explains how data is handled and forms part of these terms.
